Family Dispute Resolution (FDR) aims to help you and your partner to discuss issues, look at options and assist you both to work out how best to reach an agreement without proceeding to lengthy litigation. It aims to reach a solution which is fair to both sides.
FDR is also used to develop a Parenting Plan to set out arrangements for your children, taking into account their particular requirements.
You can use FDR to effectively negotiate a settlement of property and assets.
