ESL & Associates was established to help families resolve and settle disputes. We facilitate discussion and negotiation in order to reach an agreement. We focus on the future, empowering parties to engage, compromise and resolve, rather than being adversarial.
Sheli Lubowski is the founding partner of ESL & Associates. Sheli is a registered Solicitor with The Law Society of NSW. She received her law degree from Sydney University Law School over twenty five years ago. After working at Corrs Chambers Westgarth she changed direction and worked in Sydney for a US-based public company. As Managing Director for Australasia, she gained vast experience helping employees resolve their disputes in the work place.
Always interested in dispute resolution, Sheli recently studied for a Diploma from Relationships Australia. She has qualified as a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner (FDRP), and is accredited as an FDRP with the Attorney – General’s Department.
Sheli is a member of LEADR.
